EVE Online

Anyone played this? Opinions? When I can get a bit of money together (most is going towards airsoft), I'll start playing again - I really like it.

Clambering all over the aircraft can be done at airshows mate
In the UK? I'd love to know places that let you do that, cause it appears to me like that is only possible in the US.

Apparently the thing to do when you're doing your RAF training is to come across as a bit (NB a bit) of an anti-social type.
Ah well, I'm nearly there then! :D

The knee need not be rigid, but at that point it certainly must not be bent to such degree - sort it out airman!! SIR!! I think that photo was taken during the first movement of the about-turn at the march. As we were all taught how to do the basic halt different ways, the vast majority of us had t...

Here's me getting it from the CAS:

Actually, they're not SA-80s - they're L98A1 Cadet GP rifles, which is basically an SA-80 without the gas system, and therefore is a bolt=action weapon. But WTH, I'm just being picky! ;P

Tonbridge School RAF Honour Guard

About 2 months ago, my school was very lucky to have the Chief of Air Staff Sir Jock Stirrup to come and inspect the cadets. Not long after he visited, he was promoted to Chief of Defence Staff. I just so happened to be a single Corporal in a 16-man Honour Guard squad. The red arrows all point to me...

If it was a gun shot and the angles were right, then I think the F22 would be in big trouble but this looks to be a radar shot No, I think it is a gun shot - IIRC the crossed out 'GUN' means it wasn't armed, and that looks to me like an LCOS pipper over the Raptor (one of the 4 or so different gun ...

I most certainly DON'T believe people who say they are getting easier - stuff like Chemistry and Latin is pretty simple, but the A* grade is really high. I'm starting to have nightmares about them! :(

On a similar note, I'm still around, but will be unable to play anything till August as I'm slap bang in the middle of my GCSEs, and consequently have my mind on other things.

I saw that - I kinda wanted it, but opted for an F-15E pit instead. Now, if only the airspeed displayed properly on the HUD...

EDIT: I took out the smaller CRT screen, and put my big one in, bumped the res up to 1600x1200, and now I can see my speed! :D

OMG, when we went gliding with the ATC the other week, we flew over an Ann Summers warehouse, and the pilots just randomly pointed it out.

Been through all the resources, can't find another device that's using that specific I/O range (0201-0201). It may even be that that is a range that does not exist (or something to that effect). It would appear that I can't change anything because I'm not the administrator, but I'm logged on with th...

Starting to get desperate..

I've not been able to use any of my analogue controllers for a couple of years now, due to the fact that my mobo has no game port, and the one on my sound card has an I/O confliction that I cannot fix. I was doing a google search for some stick grips, and I heard about these analogue-to-USB adaptor ...
