I have to shut this down temporarily. It is taking too many resources on my host server, and causing issues with other VMs. One or more of them will be migrating off within the coming weeks, and then this can be brought up again. Hopefully sooner than weeks.

The I9 will not give you a longer gaming "shelf life", unless you start playing/finding games that actually utilize the multiple CPU threads and have a decent dependency upon CPU. Most all games are much more dependent upon the GPU and RAM, and your disk speed (so you want NVME).

mainboard specs will tell you which CPU's it supports. In general, all mainboards that support a certain generation of CPU will support all models of that generation (the i5, i7 and i9).
