was wondering if anyone is tracking the game by Hair Brained Schemes called Battletech. Wiesman is leading it. Looks like a much updated Mech Commander based on TT mechanics....looks good so far, I am a kickstarter supporter so when I see something I'll pass it along.

BBQ and my Harley have taken a lot of my time of late....but if this pans out, I think it can be a really good game

From what I have seen and read in the forums, it will be like Mech Commander, but based on the mechanics of table top......in real time.....I think.

BATTLETECH will feature modern turn-based combat, PVP multiplayer, and a story-driven, Mercenaries-style campaign set in the 3025 era of the BattleTech universe.

in my opinion modern and turn based should not be in the same sentence.
