Given that there was no explosion when those bombs hit the buildings, is it at all possible you dropped the bombs without arming them? I've made that mistake more than a few times. You can see there's a tiny little "poof" but not the usual KABOOM. That bomb should have produced a large explosion and the building should have been on fire. The fact that it didn't could be evidence that the bomb was not armed. But I don't know.

I suppose it's possible, but if so, it usually says "DUD" in the HUD.
