    Thanks. I have done more since. I have been working on the display electronics and bringing things online, interacting with DCS in real-time.

    Thank you! I am slowly making more progress but it's almost at a snails pace it seems even though every little thing takes a long time. My wife is showing signs of frustration with the amount of time I have spent on it this summer so I probably have to back off a little. I go back to work on Monday, after having been off since the end of May for my 10 year sabbatical. I can't say I am fully ready to go back! But I got to do what I got to do!

    My cockpit now has a proper working ejection handle. And a working seat arming handle. I designed and built both of these replicas from scratch.





    On the other hand I had a step backwards. I had recently installed a 43" Samsung tv, replacing the crummy 19" screen I had as the primary display... but last week my poorly built screen mount failed and the TV crashed into the main instrument panel, permanently damaging the Samsung tv. I will have to replace it.
