temp shutdown dcs server

Post by Hammer »

I have to shut this down temporarily. It is taking too many resources on my host server, and causing issues with other VMs. One or more of them will be migrating off within the coming weeks, and then this can be brought up again. Hopefully sooner than weeks.

No problem. Bones and Trichome have been hosting missions recently with no issues.

This is interesting. it may account for the rubber banding we were experiencing in the past, but no longer when bones/trichome host the mission. No worries. we will carry on...

Yeah, Hammer had suspected that there needs to be more memory in the server, and that might be why Sinai rubber bands and not the others--Sinai takes more memory than the others.

So as far as Foothold goes, I can continue to host. If I can't make a night, I can either try to leave my machine on until you guys are done, I can let someone else host Foothold (but I would have to tell you how to set up your machine), or Trichome can host his missions.

Thanks bones. I would host as well but my upload just isn’t that great.
